Shipping Time & Costs

Standard VN delivery: FREE for orders over $100. Orders below $100 have a shipping fee of $2. Supplied only by authorized dealers.

International delivery: $20

For EU and US destinations, most orders arrive within 15-20 working days. For international orders, deliveries usually arrive within 5-10 working days. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hakan.scarf@gmail.com.

All deliveries will require a signature. If nobody is available to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a card to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time. Cards can only be left where there is access to secure post boxes, therefore some shared accommodation and apartment buildings will not receive delivery cards as a matter of security. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

If delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions we may need to cancel your order and deduct the original delivery charges from the refund; however, we will try to contact you, in this case, to arrange for a new order to be placed if required.

How do I track my order?

Each order is shipped by reputable shipping companies. They all have tracking codes included and are easy to track through the shipping companies' tracking systems.

What is your return & refund policy?

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Which countries do you ship to?

We will ship Internationally, this means that we will cover the additional cost of customs charges and handling fees. All charges are paid for by us at the point of dispatch. If however, you experience any issues or extra charges on your order, please contact us via hakan.scarf@gmail.com.

How do I return or modify an order?

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you want to exchange goods, the difference will be deducted from the product you want to exchange.

My product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?
